Dignity Therapy

Dignity Therapy is a special type of therapy designed to help people who are nearing the end of their lives. It focuses on helping you find meaning and peace by reflecting on your life and the things that are most important to you.

Importantly, the outcome is a document (and optional recording) that can be shared with loved ones.

During Dignity Therapy, I will ask you questions about your life, such as your happiest memories, your achievements, and the people who have been important to you.

These conversations are recorded and then turned into a document that you can share with your loved ones. This document can serve as a legacy, something that captures your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can provide comfort and a sense of closure, both for you and for your family.

The process is normally up to 2 x 50 minute sessions long and a 30 minute handover. Please contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to learn more.

Bespoke Legacy Project

(cost varies)

Your legacy project could be big or small, public or private. You may have creative skills you’d like to profile or a particular way you’d like to share your life with others.

In a legacy project, you might share stories about your life, your achievements, and the lessons you’ve learned. You could write letters to family and friends, create a scrapbook of photos and memories, or even record videos sharing your thoughts and feelings. The goal is to capture what has been important to you and what you want others to remember.
